Add the ability to export completed forms in batch and filter by class, grade level, etc.

In instances where a large number of forms are generated, it would be nice to be able to export the completed forms in a batch. Ideally, this report could be filtered by grade level (or graduation year), class, sending school, or other criteria.

For instance all Occupational Objective forms need to be downloaded to send to sending schools each year.

Filtering options could be used to limit the selection to a specific form template, multiple templates or an export of all forms.
