Add Student ID as a demographic field for Applications

For schools where the applying student is already in their SIS, we should prefill this data.

    I can’t fully grasp the reason we would add the field to demographics and prefill it if the student ID is already on the student record. Do you need this so you can identify them after the application is already submitted and viewable from the management side? If so, we can add it there instead. Please advise. @blgonzales

      We need the teachers, counselors and principals that are grading the application rubrics to have easy access to the Student ID # without having to toggle back and forth outside the application.

      Also, I am not seeing Student ID # on student profiles. This would be wonderful to add there too.
