Add "Student Present" feature to the onsite visit
For reporting/ data, it would be great to be able to mark that the student was present during an on-site visit. Currently, adding this detail to the observation does not make it easy to see this data from onsite-visit reports

PinnedI would only be selecting the students that are present. If that on-site visit is supposed to fulfill the requirement for periodic site visits, but it’s not required for the student to be there, the on-site visit scope in WBL General Settings should be set to “Employer” not to “Student”. That means, anytime you visit that employer, it will fulfill the requirement of on-site visits but allow you to only select the students that were there. If you want to see how long it’s been since a particular student was there during an on-site visit, I recommend running the on-site visit export to see all details of the on-site visit.

This is what “Applicable Students” is for. Is there a reason this won’t work?

Thank you for following up.
So if I complete a site visit with the mentor for the applicable student, the question is whether the student was actually there during that visit. PDE allows either type of visit (with/without the kid), but we need to track it. The rule of thumb is that at least every other visit, you should see the student.
We hope to develop a system that indicates whether a student was present or not and on which visits they occurred. Also, it’s another great attendance accountability touch-point for both the student and the coordinator in PDE reporting.
A.S. Actually submitted this on my behalf during our call today.
