Add this as a setting defaulted to on when creating an experience. Ask a specific date to send enrollment forms. recurring should be sent out the recurring days after start date with ad hoc turned on. Completion to go out if end date is past. If they mark it was completed, ask if they want to completion forms to go out. Choose the first item in the array for each signer type.
