Another thing I wish JR360 did was allow us to mark our students complete at the end of the school year and then archive them in a file for that school year. Then be able to pull up the roster of students and their forms for that particular school year. Just trying to think of a better way to archive each year, especially since we have to keep records for 7 years. Separating them by school year 2026-2026 for example would be a nice clean way to do it. Then when you change your “Completed Hidden” to see all it could show you the school years to select, instead of what will be a lot of students all together.
Maybe a drop down box under Completed Shown that they could select the school year for and view completed experiences for that year only? This is for schools who haven’t used tags consistently.
