Add Note to Employer Documents

I would love a way to add note to employer document section. Example. We have companies with many employees, and the person who has the clearance may not be the person overseeing the student. In those cases, I mark the employer documents as "not needed" but it would be nice to see in the future why I may have marked it that way. If there was a note section I could see I put, so and so has clearances. OR be able to say marked as not needed because the student is 18.
