Add Filter for Active Employers on Employer Contacts Report

We would like to be able to pull a report that shows employer contact name, email address and telephone number for just that year’s active employers. Currently the contact report pulls every single employer registered with us that has a contact attached. We need to be able to easily filter that down. The student based experience report is working as a work around for now but we have to clean it up.
