One way to do so is to use data in Jobready360 and AI to help students and instructors identify real-world examples of what is relevant to individual students. Teachers shouldn’t have to review a student’s career plan to do so. It should be integrated into items such as lesson plans.

We should also be guiding students when it comes to course planning based on their individual goals.
