Add features to embrace the Relevant Education model
“Educators need to place relevance at the core of every lesson, program, and policy. Relevance means that students see individual value and meaning in the course material. They understand how what they learn connects to their goals.”
One way to do so is to use data in Jobready360 and AI to help students and instructors identify real-world examples of what is relevant to individual students. Teachers shouldn’t have to review a student’s career plan to do so. It should be integrated into items such as lesson plans.
We should also be guiding students when it comes to course planning based on their individual goals.

Base this on the student’s preferred occupations, favorited occupations, favorited clusters, selected cluster, and favorited pathways, selected pathway. Add a button for relevance on the lesson plan page, have them select a student group and it show how this is relevant to each student in that group. Batch this in AI and store the results. Remember to purge the stored results if and student criteria it was based on changes.
