Add employer evaluation to skill sets

  • Send employer a link to do an assessment with a link at the bottom to "save changes" even though they are being saved every time they update a grade (maybe we could even make it so it detects that an employer was making changes and snapshot it x minutes after the last change in case they don't click "save changes"). What this button will actually do is make a PDF snapshot of the current completion of the skill set. This will then show in the list of training plans alongside all of the forms. This will essentially work the same way as if you uploaded a form.

  • WBL Coords are going to complain about a few things. 1. they aren't going to want to send out an email to every single employer every quarter asking them to so we need a button to send to all employers with active experiences all at once allowing them to add a custom description that goes in the email. Maybe even give them the option to CC themselves on that email to accept questions.

  • Maybe we should explore having a new evaluation record that tracks the due dates and completion of all active experiences from the time they sent out that evaluation. Don't send email until the start date of the evaluation so they can be planned out ahead of time. Allow them to add a due date. Columns could be number of number of completed evaluations, number of incomplete evaluations. Add detail view to show all with status. Have a filter for status.

  • The only thing we need to change with the skills completed progress mechanism is to set them as "assessed" when the evaluation takes place not only when a training plan is submitted.

  • change training plans to training plans and evaluations

  • change the new button above training plan datatable to "New Training Plan"
