Add Date/Time Column to Follow-up Response Report

Can there be a way to see the date/time a student completed their follow up survey? We are looking at the data and would like to identify when new results are added. We run the follow up report - responses - and there is no date/time column header we can see. We’d like to identify when new responses were submitted.
