Add Customization to Work Log Visibility on Dashboard

We need to grade students every 3 weeks based on their work log hours. Currently the dashboard only allows you to specify a total number of hours across the experience time. Being able to customize this to would be extremely helpful in our grading especially since we have so many students and the work log summary report isn’t always the best way for us to view the information. The date ranges, approved for that range vs approved total hours and the pending hours change which just ends up being confusing and a lot to track.

We would like the dashboard to show the number of approved hours and then when the third week hits, we would like this to reset essentially so we can easily identify if a student has met their 30 hour requirement every 3 weeks. So this circle would reset to 0 every 3 weeks based on our customization.
