Add custom reports/exports for items in Asset Management

Ideally, users should be able to PDF reports or export data to Excel files based on criteria that they specify.  They should be able to choose the fields that wish to include and be able to generate summary data.  For instance, they may want to see a report of item counts by product type per location.  Another nice feature would be to see all items of a certain age (calculated from purchase date) by product type.
