Add an option to the form builder to prevent a field from being prefilled with data from previous forms

I agree that this is a good feature suggestion however, I would also like to clear up the statement that this is a confidentiality issue. This is not the case. It will only populate previous form information filled out by the same person. This is similar to how a browser would prepopulate fields in a form on a website. It won't populate what other people populated in their browser, only your own. (This isn't exactly a one-to-one example but I hope that it gets the point across).
