Add an option to SIS integration settings to show students as enrolled in a Class prior to the actual start date

Similar to how a setting was added to SIS integration options to allow the end date of an enrollment term to be extended so teachers can access their students after the term ends, schools would like to be able to access each Classes roster of students prior to the enrollment start date.

Even if they could only be viewed using the Inactive option from the Student Datatable would be a good start. Maybe when the SIS Course to CTE Class rules are used to assign a student to a Class, they could add the student_to_class record and mark it as deleted so they at least show as Inactive. Alternatively, add an option to the alignment rules to assign to the Class x days before/after term start/end dates.
