Add an option to prevent a specific student account from syncing to Jobready360 from a SIS

Here is the scenario for why this is being requested:

A teacher has an adult student in his class. At the CTC, adult learners do not use Jobready360. However, since they sync Infinite Campus rosters with it, and the adult student is on the teacher’s roster, she does appear in Jobready360 for him (and therefore she gets the notifications and such that the high school students do).

Even if the school deletes the adult ed student from the teacher’s roster in Jobready360, the student will reappear when the SIS sync runs. They need a way to hide/deactivate that student in Jobready360.
