Add an option to place a link in place of an uploaded file (for instance a Google Drive link)

Some schools heavily use Google or Microsoft (or other cloud solutions) to store files. Instead of making them download those files and upload them into our application, they could instead just provide a link to those resources to satisfy that file upload requirement.
