Have a modal available on the cert progress page where they can manage which certs they want to use. If class is selected show all individual and class certs.

I changed the generation code for Industry Cert Progress, Test Results, and Task Progress to filter all students by course if a course is selected. We need to let users select industry certs that they care about but I don’t know where to do that. We need to talk about it.

Also allow teachers to choose which certs matter to them so they can us the cert progress page much easier without the need of administration getting involved.
