Add an option for WBL Eligibility forms to Create/Link Accounts and/or Create WBL Experience based on the data collected

This would require the form field names to be set to consistent values, but this feature suggestion would make that much easier. For clients that do not use a SIS integration, this would allow them create user accounts for students and/or guardians. We could then, use additional information to create Employer/Contact records or link to an existing record and create the WBL experience.
