Add an option for a school to disable geolocation reporting for all students using the mobile app within their organization

For schools that absolutely cannot allow this information or wish for it not to be collected, allow this feature to be turned off, if possible. Check for this setting in the tenant before prompting the student to opt-in to geolocation tracking. Note that turning off geolocation tracking would also mean that the Clock In/Out features would no longer be reliable since there is no way to verify that the student is at work. Therefore, those options should probably be removed.
