Add additional options to Pay Stubs for date range, total hours, and description

Once this is added, we can add a verification check to make sure the hours of work logs entered in this date range matches what is entered for the pay stub.

Once these new fields are added, add this information to the datatable as well.

    Added the fields and the data to the datatables. The verification check was added as another post in here for a later date.
