Add additional options for Career Planning Activities

Schools would like the ability to track the following as Career Plan Activities:

• Membership (at any level) in ANY CTSO. Since clubs could be included as well, we’d need a setting to determine each item is a CTSO or Club and then use that in the activity settings. Currently, you have to select a single option. Changing this to a multi-select would be best.

• CTSO Leadership (select one or more specific roles that count as leadership)
