Add ability to set days as non-instructional in Professionalism

When using the Professionalism module, being able to set a day as non-instructional would be helpful so that the number of points for the week is accurate. For example, if there is no school on Monday, the total points for the week would be only 40 instead of 50. (Each day is worth ten points in total in my example)
