Add ability to select the advisory board documents that are returned when selecting Print All

When I select the Print All feature in an advisory board meeting, I get varied results.

For example, for the CATS uploads, I just need the minutes, the admin response, and the sign-in sheet. If we can select to download only those documents, it would be good.
