Add Ability for WBL Coordinators to Clock Out a Student Who Has Forgotten

It's hard for me accurately report attendance when a student clocked in days ago and has yet to clock out. It also doesn't allow them to get into the habit of clocking in and out if they are allowed to stay clocked in. This  is also difficult as I will go a week without in face communication with them. I’d like the ability to clock students out who have forgotten.
