Some schools in WI need to be able to award students industry certifications after their SIS rolls over and their student’s past enrollments are marked as deleted.
We changed the way “Allow Inactive Students” works for student groups. Deleted enrollments imply they were removed from the class not that they are done with the class but regardless we include deleted enrollments not to populate student groups.
