If an experience is deleted, and/or a student is graduated and the forms will no longer be needed, it would be very helpful to be able cancel pending forms in mass (especially at the end of the school year).
We don’t want to automatically cancel forms because there are a lot of schools that still want students to complete them even if they are graduated. What we did was made it so it was much easier for you to see the forms that are still pending for graduated and deleted students. If you navigate to the “Forms” page and click on the “Submissions” tab, you can now “View” by “Inactive Students”. After that, filter by “In Progress” to only see forms that are still active for inactive students. We will be creating an official KB article for this shortly.

Automatically cancel all forms for graduated students. Do this in a monthly cron. Make this a setting on the template. If a WBL experience is deleted, all forms should be canceled at that time that are attached to the WBL experience.
