Add a setting to switch between using NAICS and GICS standards for employer industries

We currently use the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) to determine industries that employers can be categorized as. However, there is also the

Global Industry Classification Standard (GICS) that could be used. We should add a setting to determine whether GICS should be used and to what level (sector, industry group, or industry).
