Add a mechanism to obtain and show student grades/attendance/transcript information from a SIS

The most universal method of gathering this data would probably be an SFTP/CSV import or possibly explore other methods such as OneRoster/LTI specifications.

This information could then be used as part of Career Planning or as part of Student Applications.
