Add a mechanism for students to request approval for self-reported WBL experiences

Feature Suggestions

  • Add a setting for Initial approval for WBL Type and/or option to approve individual events

  • Show approval requests on admin view of self-reported WBL Types (similar to how hours are approved)

Add ability to approve individual event. Eligibility does the rest already now.
