Add a Database Export report to export data from any table - Report builder

This would use the models that are already defined and allow filtering by any column in the database for that table. Show a table selector for all tables (named by model - ie. Students, Employers, etc.). Just export all columns of information as a quick way to dump data to a CSV file.

    Add to the model migration script to add foreign keys. Allow users to choose to join based on foreign keys, do aggregation and groups, and other cool logics. This should only be available to school admins.
