Add 2-way sync of task progress scores for CSIU/eSchoolData

This would only work for schools that do not use assignment scores to determine task completion. When pushing the “grade” to the SIS it would be assigned to the appropriate POS task and marking period in the SIS based on the date it was entered in CTE-360.
