Ability to disable work log signature requirement for individual students

Currently, the work log signature requirement is set at the Work-Based Learning (WBL) Type level, applying to all students under that type. There is a need to disable this requirement for specific individual students without affecting other students within the same WBL Type. This would provide more flexibility for cases where a mentor is unable or unwilling to sign off on work logs for a particular student.

    You can already override the approval of work logs even if the type is set to require signature pages. You should instruct those students not to submit the forms, then you can view their list of work logs from the management view and approve each one directly.
