500 Error when submitting a student application

We've received a couple of messages from parents who are getting an error message "500 unexpected error" I've attached for your reference.

    @Carole Martins We had a hard time recreating this but we did make a change that has the potential to fix the issue. It was related to uploading large files. Please let us know if this is still an issue.
