Move back button in scheduled work logs to prevent accidental exits

In the app, for scheduled work logs, the back arrow appears right above the text box. It is very easy to click and takes students out of the work log. I want this to be moved to prevent accidental exits.

We’d like to have a report where we could pull all the photo attachments from our on site visits. We are doing an end of the year PPT and going into each individual on site visit is a lot of work to get the photos when we could just run a bulk attachment report for them.

Adding Pause Option to student experiences in WBL

We have a large amount of students who get temporarily laid off in winter months due to the weather. Is there any way to put holds or pauses on student accounts? We'd like their experience to also turn a specific color when they are paused (like the way they turn green once completed). We would also like if the system would stop recurring forms from sending during that paused time frame. Currently, I have to end their forms for winter (using winter construction workers as my example here) and then I have to go restart them all come spring. It's extra work and can get complicated trying to keep track of it all. If a form goes out during a laid off time and isn’t completed, I wouldn’t want it to potentially mess up my reporting at the end of the year or semester either. This would also help me avoid sending out forms that I think need completed (or chasing people to complete forms when it’s not needed), when in reality, the student is laid off and the form isn't needed at that moment. There would be a lot of benefits associated with this feature for us. Almost all of our construction workers get laid off for the winter for example. We don't need their forms going out during that time but we do know they'll be back working come spring so having the ability to 'pause' the experiences would be very helpful to us. Even if it's just a simple button in the students account that says "current laid off or hold on students account". So when we get alerted they are laid off, we select that button which then has the system stop forms and marks them a color. Then when we know they are back up and working we un select that button and it starts forms back up 30 days after that button is unselected.

It would be great if I could add a “Sending School” and “Company Name” field when running reports for end of year. I can get that when I run any Student-Based experience report, but I am trying to produce a comprehensive report that includes all student-based and event-based data, including the student’s home district and employer (if student-based).

Create an Audit Log showing actions taken against work logs

We had a student who was being academically dishonest which we were able to prove via the GPS clock in/out on the mobile app. However, I (the admin) had gone in and edited one of her work logs before we knew about the dishonesty. After I made the changes, I needed to see what the original work log entry was for but I couldn’t go back and see what changes had been made. Can we have an audit log showing who created the work log, who edited the logs, who deletes them etc. Basically anything to help track changes so we can see who is doing what in case it’s needed.

Create a PDF view of the student portfolio public view

While this could be challenging since there is dynamic content like Best Works that should in a modal window with clicked and there are links to view file attachments, those issues could be addressed. This would make this much more “transportable” and “print-friendly” than the current download option that saves it as HTML content.
