Unintuitive

So I am working on setting up courses etc. and the program is really not intuitive at all.

Where do I add their employers where can I assign a kid the opportunity to work at a position.

There are so many things to the left hand side that I don’t need as a WBL coordinator.

How can I get this streamlined so that my students can use it quickly and easily. If this takes hours for me to gather information and then enter it this program is not for me.
