Changelog — December 5, 2025 to March 31, 2026

Since our partnership with Pathful began, we haven’t been as consistent with our changelog updates as we’d like. We apologize for the silence and are committed to keeping you better informed moving forward.

Below is a detailed summary of the features, improvements, and bug fixes recently implemented on the Jobready360 platform. Please note that while we’ve made additional progress in April, we’ve held those updates for our next release to keep this list a bit more focused and digestible.

March 2026

Work-Based Learning (WBL)

  • Active Experiences Filter — Added active experiences filter to the Work Log Summary report

  • Observer Visibility — Allowed observers to see WBL Type when Coordinator Restriction is set

  • Previously Enrolled Toggle — Added toggle for previously enrolled students in WBL datatable

  • Fixed Work Log Summary report form field naming convention

  • Made approved logs and logs pending signature view-only

  • Fixed self-reported record updates on clock out and experience ID handling

  • Changed Work Log Summary Report behavior

  • Show WBL observers’ events

  • Changed how time cards link to events

  • On-site visit full-access student flexibility

Student Applications / Lottery

  • Lottery Deadline Management — Implemented full lottery deadline management with status updates and AJAX handling

  • Application/Lottery Sync — Synced application and lottery status across systems

  • PowerSchool Export — Added PowerSchool export type for Application Details report

  • Guardian Info — Added ability to require additional guardian info on student applications

  • Fixed duplicate values from being entered

  • For adult ed, skip validation and return placement instead of 1st choice in Program column

Forms System

  • Save Indicator — Added visual save indicator for forms

  • Form Distributions — Admins can now submit as-needed forms and start distributions

  • Fixed form distribution and view submission logic

  • Fixed Form Status Report to include student names from WBL experiences

  • Fixed OAC agenda attachments being overwritten when adding multiple files

  • Fixed check for required form type before sending reminders

  • Fixed form field progression selector nullifying inadvertently

  • Filter teacher signers by school when school selector is enabled

Task Lists

  • Evidence Migration — Migrated task progress evidence during task list migration

  • Fixed task progress groups to use the security helper

  • Fixed task list builder role name editing permissions

Badging

  • Added ability to revoke badges

Analytics / Data Warehouse

  • Warehouse Reporting — Added data warehouse reporting with charts and BigQuery compatibility

  • Added cacheless refreshing for reports with cron support

  • Fixed charting and report scroll-up behavior on selection

SIS Integrations

  • Improved PowerSchool V2 error handling for better debugging

  • Fixed OneRoster sync issues and fixed eSchool TTL

  • Fixed MI Data Hub sync potential race condition

Reports

  • CIP Column — Added CIP column to Student Information Report

  • Fixed reports to show “Not Set” where appropriate

  • Multiple security fixes (March 27)

Career Planning

  • Misc. Career planning improvements

UI / UX

  • Blur Behind Modals — Added background blur effect behind modals (and fixed related blurred modal issue)

  • Mobile Improvements — Fixed mobile-friendly layouts and event save button for mobile

  • Safety data sheets now filterable by program

  • Don’t include unsubscribed items from the alert stack

  • Show previous students in general forms

  • Fixed duplicate class in program table

  • Fixed enrollment and pacing overlap issues

Documents / Portfolio

  • Fixed: no student documents included in portfolio archive

Communications

  • Fixed: only append footer when communication is actually being sent

Forms System

  • Dynamic Signers — Fixed signer dynamic issues on template insert and update, skip dynamic signers during processing

  • Consent Resubmission — Fixed consent resubmission workflow

  • Removed old SignMyForm (SMF) PDF logic and mentions of SMF

  • Updated form instantiation in app generation; moved QRTrakr instantiation to app generation

  • Updated form-based reports

  • Processing Alert — Added processing alert when generating PDF images for Form Builder

  • Progressions feature updates

Badging

  • Badge Logic — Finished badge logic implementation

  • Fixed next signer issue for badge workflow
