Fix issue with force password change not being reset when using SSO

Allow adding Schools when not being synced with a SIS

Add the ability to set default security for teachers

Allow specifying that a student works Sat and/or Sun on an experience

Fix issue with schools not auto-selecting when only one is available to the user

The allow inactive login flag was getting cleared on each SIS run
