Submitted the first iteration of the mobile app to Google and Apple for review

Changed the start and end date ranges for bulk submission so it’s more flexible

Fixed an issue where recurring forms, that were set to automatically send, would continue to send after the experience was marked as completed

Made the name of WBL events more apparent on the QR registration and attendance pages so the attendee knows what they are signing up for
