The terminology of the fields on the On-Site Visit window was changed to be more generalized so that they are still relevant for coordinators who use this feature to also track communications or virtual meetings.

The size of the window used to enter a new On-Site Visit was adjusted.

The size of the Form Builder window was increased to make using it more efficient.
