Revised the career tab in student profile to reflect the changes to Career Exploration

Added information about Awards, Honors, CTSOs, and Clubs to the student’s portfolio. Currently it’s under the Badges tab, but that tab will be changing names shortly.

Fixed an issue if there were more than 10 signers of a form, it would order the signers incorrectly

Fixed an issue where sending to all active advisory board members would also send to those with an ended term

Fixed an issue where a student belonging to multiple programs would not have all of their available industry certifications listed in a drop down on forms

Fixed an issue where marking a form as not required for project based WBL experiences was not working

Fixed an issue with the form export not giving all forms back when student filters were specified

Fixed an issue with viewing photos uploaded by other signers while filling out a form

Fixed an issue where you were able to save a template with a static signer but no email or name specified.
