Enrollment in classes did not save when adding a new student, this is now resolved

Fixed an issue where scoring student eligibility was not saving in some instances

The distributable form count was showing the wrong number to teachers. This now shows the appropriate count.

Students can now add their own profile image

Fixed an issue where advisory board members were not populating to individual activities. This only occurred when the member did not have an end-of-term date set.
