Ensured total hour and approved hour counts were correct at the top of the work log modal

When viewing the student data table, it was possible to have duplicate students page-to-page and miss students when going through them. This was fixed.

When logged in as a WBL coordinator, automatically select your WBL coordinator record as the default signed for forms with the coordinator as a signer.

Fix an issue where the additional text sent by email for a form was only sent to the first signer, not subsequent signers.

WBL Opportunities would cut off long emails for an opportunity instead of line-breaking in the middle of the word. This will now wrap regardless of whether or not there is a space in the string.
